The course’s goals is to help you feel confident, comfortable and competent when you need to give a presentation to customers or managers.

The training course is fully tailored to the needs of the participants, however, areas that are likely to be covered include:

• 3 days – 2 days followed by final days ca 2 weeks later
• 3 recorded presentations
• Feedback on the presentations plus DVD of the presentations  and feedback
• What is an effective presentation and how to create it.
• Timing
• Body language, posture and movement
• How do I get people to want to listen?
• What aids are there and shall I use?
• How to handle questions and criticism?
• Identify and rectify personal disturbing habits
• What to pay attention to when presenting in English?
• Different methods of persuasion
