6 Exercises

  1. Thought control: Focus on an object and only permit thoughts that are logically linked to the initial thought. The less important the object the more benefit. This leads to an inner feeling of inner firmness and security. This feeling can be felt in the front part of the head, which can then be poured into the brain and spine.
  2. Taking the initiative: A task, preferably meaningless, must be performed daily at the same time. The resultant feeling ‘I can achieve’ in the upper part of the body can be poured into the heart.
  3. Being above pain and pleasure: On the verge of tears or laughter try instead to remain calm. The resultant feeling of peace and equanimity felt in the whole body should be transferred from the heart to hands, feet, head etc. This requires serious self observation and should be done for ¼ of an hour per day.
  4. Positivity: By finding the good in the ugly you feel as if you stretch outside of your skin, are growing, as does the etheric body after death. Allow the feeling to stream out of your eyes, ears and whole skin.
  5. Impartiality: An ability to take on new information that seems unlikely and say it could be true. This feeling should be sucked in through the eyes, ears and skin.
  6. Balance: Bring into balance the above 5.
